Trending: Scarf Bandanas + Bold Earrings

I’ve been wearing scarves on my head for as long as I can remember. I love to spice up my simpler outfits by accessorizing with cute scarfs and bold earrings. It’s actually one of my favorite things to do during Spring & Summer.

I especially love the Zara ones because they are inexpensive and so darn cute!

Here’s my favorite way to wear scarves & bold earrings…

Top 3 Drugstore Concealers!

Contrary to popular belief drugstore products are just as good, sometimes even better, than high end beauty products. I am 100% certain you can find a comparable drugstore product to any “high end” item you enjoy. I have so many products from the drugstore that I use daily, one of them being concealers.

Years ago I did a blog post on “The Best Drugstore Concealer” and I still use this concealer to this day. In fact I repurchased a new one yesterday. This was my favorite concealer to use on clients when I was a MUA back in the day.

Ok, lets get into my list of favorites…

Maybelline- Fit Me

As I mentioned above this is probably STILL my favorite drugstore concealer. It doesn’t crease if you set it properly, never dries out the under eyes, covers really well (I have purple pigmentation under my eyes and it covers this flawlessly), and it also also an amazing shade range. I use shade 110 which i think is “Fair.”

Maybelline- Instant Age Rewind Eraser Dark Circle Treatment Concealer

I have been using this concealer for years as well and it is definitely as amazing as the reviews hype it up to be. It’s creamy, it covers dark circles & pigmentation, and if set properly it doesn’t crease. My biggest tip when using this concealer is to use a small amount because although it’s creamy it still has a thick consistency so a little bit goes a long way.

NYX- Hi Definition Photo Concealer Wand

Another ride or die drugstore favorite is this NYX concealer. It has HD coverage, it’s easy to blend, and it works better than some of the high end concealers I’ve tried. I remember so many people agreeing that this a dupe for the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer, even though I think this is 100 times better! I actually really dislike the Nars formula, it never worked for me. I also love the purple and green color that this concealer comes in so you can color correct with the same fabulous formula.

Hope this post was informative and helpful if you’re in the market for an affordable concealer.

How To Keep Straight Lashes Curled All Day

Do you have straight lashes lashes that just will not curl? Even when you use an eyelash curler? How about a primer?

That’s the secret beauties, PRIMER! But, not just any primer. I found ya’ll a drugstore eyelash primer that holds all day and doesn’t crumble. Check it out…

Step 1: Curl your lashesthis is my favorite curler, I’ve had it for years and it works like a charm!

Step 2: Prime your lashes with Covergirl.

Step 3: Apply mascara– my Rodial mascara is my ride or die!

Step 4: Enjoy your gorgeous curled lashes all day!

This routine is the only thing that keeps my lashes lifted and gorgeous all day. If I feel like I want more oomph then I’ll wait for my mascara to fully dry and I’ll curl the lashes one more time. Usually, I only do this when I have heavier makeup on because false lashes are NOT my jam.

P.S. THIS is how straight my lashes are…

I know, I know really depressing but it’s okayyyy because I’m a beauty junkie and I’ve figured out the secret to life. I mean lashes 😂

Talk soon babes!
